Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day returns policy, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason then you must return your products within 30 days from ordering.
The buyer covers return postage if they decide to return the products.
If you receive any products that have a manufacturing fault or defect, you have up to 180 days (six months) to contact us and receive a free replacement under our warranty.
If you need a replacement within the first six months of ordering, all you need to do is send us a video of the fault, and we will issue out a replacement without the need to send anything back to us.
If you can not show the fault by sending us a video, then you must return the product to us before we issue a replacement.
